Disappointed with service. Told my medication wasn't there, called doctors surgery to be told it had been dispensed there on the 29th (due 02/01) Rude male pharmacist said it was in the locked area & he hadn't checked that. Cost me double taxi fare as they told me it wasn't there & to "take it up with my surgery" Returned... read full comment

Very rude male pharmacist and unhelpful staff very poor customer service skills though out the staff in this section talk about need training and use your come sentences totally unprofessional @111 why you use this pharmacist is unacceptable 3days no medication no come sentences to send it to different pharmacy or back... read full comment

Need to update your opening times on Google, as it is not good when you turn up at 7 for something for your child and it isn't open, even though it is advertised that it opens at 7!
