Julia the manager at Stoke festivals. She was not accepting a faulty item. The item was a smartwatch that is supposed to count your steps . Julia said even if you move your hand a tiny bit . I cannot stress to you enough, how poor the quality of service here is. I cannot speak for the staff only for the management member who served me, Richard.
