We went into Stafford yesterday as we had a mouse in the house! The staff were very friendly and informative recommending a cat-friendly solution. Within half an hour of getting home the ‘dead quick’ product had worked.

Horrible experience from a manager named Michelle she told me that I was causing complications for her by bringing some to the things which were left from my project. Even though I said to her 30 days refund policy is from wicks and the item has not been used. She walked away while I was talking. This manager needs training... read full comment
