I use this post office regularly. Never had anything other than great service. Both are friendly polite and professional. I have seen difficult customers which when confronted the staff still act professional.

It's always a joy to use Rising Brook Post Office; the owners are friendly and welcoming, and although it can get busy at times, it's what you'd expect from a Post Office!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Really unhelpful and unpleasant wanted to know difference between post office services and he asked me to just too make my mind up. Slammed my change on counter without a thank you. Gone are the days when the post office was the hub of the community.....certainly no community spirit in... read full comment
