My first and last time using this post office. I went in to post a parcel, two tills were open and serving customers and there were four people in front of me in the queue which didn’t move forward for at least 10 minutes. I wanted to use the lift which was out of order. There's a lot of steps to get up and down, and they're really busy. Some people with greater mobility issues than me were finding it really difficult to get to and from the post office. There was no indication that the staff in the shop were doing anything about bringing... read full comment

Arrived at Smiths to pay cash in, went upstairs to the counter an found a queue of 19 people waiting to be served, 1 person on the counter doing approximately 1 person every 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes and decided to leave, no,wonder the P O is going down the nick.....
