The lady on the tills today at Stafford store literally needs learn some manners i brought an item then asked for a bag because I'm not going to juggle my items home am i ? She then said can you not just carry it ? Rude and lazy can't be bothered to do her Job .

I had a really bad experience at the store today. Went in to return an item and had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the manager as I was told she is cashing out, only to be told my item couldn’t be returned. This could have been communicated much sooner by another staff member instead of wasting my time.
