Womens section is so poorly stocked. Minimal choice. Pushing to website but early five pound to collect a seven pound item from store. I should not be penalised for lack of stock

Asked for a size they don’t have in stock late on Friday evening. Young man on the counter in the Stafford store put through a home delivery for us which arrived Sunday lunchtime, with no delivery charge. Excellent customer service..
