Poor customer service not greeted upon entry left waiting for ages for someone to ask if they can help then they take forever to get together a prescription leaving me to sit and wait right in-front of them while feeling sick and horrible knowing the tablets will make me feel better

Unless you have the time to go in person to order you're prescription, don't bother because they won't answer the phone and you'll end up running out of your required medication. What's the point of having a telephone number if you never answer it?.
