The short rather big woman with dark brown hair the one thats meant to be the store manager, is just beyond rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am struggling to understand who gave her this position as she has no manners and has no idea how to deal with customers. Disgusting behaviour. She should be fired.

Staff need customer service training. Shouldn’t be listening to staff members slagging each other off whilst paying for my goods. Staff members shouldn’t be screaming at elderly people in the post office queue to tell them that they’re closing in 15 minutes and no one else can join.
