Called in at 2.45pm requiring assistance as I was informed to attend a branch in person on the telephone by Barclays due to potential fraudulent activity on my account. They refused to deal with me as it was too late. Why have got your doors open if your not dealing with customers.Didn't even direct me to the correct telephone... read full comment
