Very poor english and had gave false information about the UPS collection procedure. Avoid this place for UPS parcels.

The shop is ok, but they’re very impatient when you take or collect parcels.

Always rude. When collecting parcels always unhelpful offer no customer service at all. Hung up on me today. Not a good chain for the couriers that they are making money off.
