It always used to be a pleasure; polite, attentive frontline staff you could have a joke with and opening hours that seemed to suit the everyone, now however... What a complete and utter waste of time the new opening hours are. I used to order online hoping it was going to arrive via Royal Mail, not anymore.

Really disappointed with the new opening hours. I have no issues with the staff whatsoever, they're always lovely and super helpful. But as a business owner it's really difficult to work around these new hours to drop orders off or pick up a missed package.

Normal service, good car park. But the opening hours are brutal, at exactly 10am they close and no longer accept parcels.
