After the change over this chemist has certainly gone downhill, very little stock in the shop but my main concern is two months running my prescription (the same item) has been incorrect. My prescription clearly states 60 tablets, their printed label clearly states 60 tablets but both times they have given me 1 box of 30.... read full comment

Very unhelpful. No judgment. Make you wait for ages whilst they prioritise their cash cow prescriptions, then refuse to let you access over the counter products.

If I could give them no stars I would I ordered my med cost 150 pound and they said we will ring you when it comes in but it’s been two weeks and nothing and I’ve called them everyday sometimes nine times in one day and they never answer the phone and I wouldn’t mind if it cost like a tenner but 150pound nah next... read full comment
