Ordered certain items specifically because they all said "Collect Today", as I am away tomorrow, but the confirmation email tells me I can't collect until 9am tomorrow. I called Customer Services and they said the store has none of the items and that a refund will take 5 days.

This Rugeley store is the best because it’s staff are the best, been going here for a long time and without doubt the staff are polite, helpful and make me glad I went to this store, WELL DONE AND THANKS

Impossible to leave feedback anywhere else so it's going here. Placed an order that said would be available to collect right away. As soon as payment was processed this changed to 4days time for collection. And of course they can't transfer the order to a store that has stock even if it means me traveling further.
