The Best Service my wife and I have received from any Bank. With Barclays and Lloyds for 30 years before taken into consideration. It was a welcome change to get immediate contact by phone. Excellent and friendly Staff. Longay it remain open

I wrote a review on this bank and the responce was to contact them to discuss issues, who can I contact ? and how? Logging in to the web site and do what.The mentality of this company is pathetic
