Always good value for money, tools are less than than half price of the big DIY stores

Went into the purchase some items wanted to get an item which wasn’t far from the til. Ask member of staff if I could grab another item his response was hurry and an abrupt tone. I really don’t get some peoples attitude. If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t work with people..mind how you speak to people....
