Very polite and helpful staff but shockingly long wait on a Saturday- huge disgruntled queue and only 3 counter staff on supporting customers.

Went in to do the usual Xmas posting, was pleasantly surprised due to being such a queue my serving lady Sue if I remember rightly was so professional yet so friendly. Brightened my day!! Thanks Sue
