Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m having to go out of my way to receive an expensive import item but they are just keeping it on hold and not doing anything about it feels like smacking your head against a brick wall as no one knows what they are doing

First time using them. Received a text to advise that package would arrive on Monday, I worked from home that day to ensure that I was available for delivery. I spend so very long time they have a wrong address for me and I send my phone number, I send a correct address send parcel number and there is no response and how can I send photos??? I think they get our money, and that is it This is a scum
