When banks like hsbc try tell you that no you can not withdraw more than £1000 of your own hard earned money and only when you persist you have to explain yourself for a larger withdrawal.

No local branches and only 2 cashiers working in Newcastle, covering a population area of 1.2 million. Ridiculous.
