Tried to convince me that Lamotrigine was a brand name and not the name of the medicine itself. Which I know isn't the case. Spoke to me on the phone like I'm a child.

Used to be fine, got my monthly meds all fine, 3 items each month, no issue. Then started getting problems - about 4 months on the trot with wrongly issued items, so decided to go to Lloyd's in Sainsburys. All OK until they closed, no problems whatsoever. But as they are now closed, decided to give H'land another try.... read full comment
