I order the same drink here (frappe) most days, and it is never the same. I have been in with a friend and both order the same frappes and they are completely different colours and missing toppings. Dirty cups, I cleaned my own cup & spoon, I also had to clear my own table-to be able to sit down. There were 2 table to the side of me with people with out drinks who were bragging to each otherthat they can sit in here & not buy anything ! I understand that in these times some changes need to be made but yet again this store is falling below acceptable standards for weeks now all drinks have been served in takeout cups then they went to only accepting card payments now half of the seating area has been cordoned off.
