Delightful dining experience was recommended by friends, and we were not disappointed. The Carpark is a bit small,I don't think there would be anywhere to park on busy days and evenings , so we'd probably stick to lunchtimes. It's definitely worth a visit, though.

Food was excellent, the beef was so tender. It was very busy so service suffered, long waits between courses. Lots of people in a small space, felt claustrophobic at times. Had to leave before we could have our coffee as our time ran out.

The Dog & Partridge, Marchington, Staffordshire, ST14 8LJ. Great food & drink; a relaxed & atmospheric country pub. Food served every day 12:00 - 21:00. Varied meal themes. Live music every Sunday. Excellent stop off location for your Alton Towers trip.
