Unfortunately a very poor attitude by the manager I guess. Tried to donate some really good quality kid’s clothes into the black bin at the front of the store - got shouted at from behind the till to be told they don’t take clothes and to put them in the clothes bins outside - too good a quality for that so will donate... read full comment

2 times I've turned up at half 4 on a weekday and a Saturday when they say they are open till 5 and it's been closed, latest one the shop worker who obviously closed the store early was ducking down in her car as she went past, so can't actually tell you how the shop is, poor if it happens often closing before closing times.

Disorganised and very expensive, items not as good quality as the rest of the charity shops in Lichfield.
