Refusing to take click and drop parcels. Despite taking them up to 2 days ago. No explanation. Redirected me and others to Delivery Office, when both website and Delivery office say they should take them. Are they part of Royal Mail or not?

so i was there yeh and i said hello like i allways do so i got 2 lolly pops for 8p each and i gave 50p and i got no change so he scams you !!! so plz can you give back the right amount of change to custermers bc i got so angry so plz do better
