Natwest refused to pay a switching fee (formal complaint raised), I would avoid this bank.

Today, Tuesday 11 October 2022, is the second day running when it has been closed for the day. Simply a typed notice on the door saying this is due to "unforseen circumstances". No real explanation as to why it is still closed and no indication as to when it will be open. Even when open there are insufficient staff.
