I had lost my purse in lichfield about 2 weeks ago and in panic went to Lloyd’s to ask for their help, unfortunately I cannot remember the 2 ladies names that helped me but, they took me step by step on what to do as in freezing my cards while I was there and suggested I retraced my steps as to where I had been.
