No counter service and pay in machines don’t work. Total waste of time.

Dreadful! Sitting here waiting to take my own money out! Rather watch paint dry but on observation the staff look unprofessional and bored out of their brains! Really unimpressed!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue that I thought would be tricky to sort, but I had nothing to worry about. HSBC Lichfield is an excellent bank.

We understand the importance of making our branches inclusive and accessible for everybody so we run a daily quiet hour, between 14:00 and 15:00, in all of our UK branches. This is to support customers and families with conditions such as autism, dementia and ADHD.
We support the domestic abuse charity Hestia's 'UK Says No More' campaign, so you can walk into any of our branches and access a Safe Space. It will provide a safe and discrete space to reach out to friends and family, contact specialist support services, phone a helpline and start your journey to recovery.
