If 0 stars was an option that's what would be selected.\\nWent to collect a prescription for someone suffering at home to be then told that the pharmacist was late and would be 10 minutes, went in after 10 minutes (still no pharmacist) to then wait for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then have 4 pairs of eyes rolling at me... read full comment

Had a bad experience here a number of times with the customer service, (not all, but with the majority of staff I have come across). Almost always get ignored for at least 5 minutes until you're acknowledged- even when the only one in the pharmacy. Certainly something that needs improving, along with listening to the customer... read full comment
