My partner purchased an item for me & sadly it's incomplete. I noticed as soon as I took it out the box, it is clearly obvious & the 2 staff dealing with the sale really should have noticed. It's OK. Busy on my visit, with lots of people selling multiple games and dvds. The staff were friendly and upbeat, despite the muttering queue, but worked as fast as they could.Would visit again.
