Diabolical...ques at regular counter, no recognition or courtesy from the 3 on pharmacy..no wonder people shop lift easy pickings, meanwhile we stand in the que and listen to rude staff ....this place needs self serve then customers don't have to deal with staff...serious issues in this shop, sad as lucky to have Boots

Had a 111 emergency medication referral put through to this pharmacy today as I had run out of an important medication that due to having none was affecting my ability to work properly. Called at around 13:30 to check it was in stock and was told by a lady that she was unsure and to call back after 14:00 as the pharmacist... read full comment
