This pharmacy in Mount Road, Kidsgrove is absolutely useless - will not be going back. This pharmacy is not one for the top of my list .i would give them 1 star even that is to much ..you call them to check on your prescription .no answer .they hang the phone up on you they let it ring and ring ..39 calls i rang on one day they hung up 5 times without uttering a word how the hell do you know if your meds... read full comment

For a business that provides medicine, it's not great that they don't have enough staff to even answer the phone. If you call, the phone cuts off after 40 rings so you'll need to try again... (yes, you read that right!)
