All hot food was closed at 10pm, only whsmith was open where there was no heating, we almost froze from the cold. I feel sorry for those employees who work there at night, it was in my car that day - 8C. It is not right to let people work terribly in such a cold ?

We stopped here for a breakfast barm, we ordered two egg, bacon,sausage barms at £5.99 each the barms were not at all fresh & you cud smell them they were stale i had a word with the staff she agreed with me but said they were fresh in that morning but she wud complain about them we were offered no refund which i think... read full comment

Northbound.... The services that time and heating forgot. Windows were broken open... Everywhere needed a good clean and it appeared unloved. However the staff were lovely - shame about the place.
