I was next to be served. From then on I stood there for nearly 10 minutes with 3 staff behind the counter. I waited patiently to place my order whilst one member of staff was stood putting sandwiches in the toaster waiting for them to finish and then putting another in. Not once did anyone say “be with you shortly”...

Worst Subway we have ever been in. Food very poor, hardly any filling in the subs. Staff and Manager very abrupt and unhelpful. Will never go there again.

Popped in to grab lunch (I went for the steak and cheese & an apple tango, my fave) & was served by two young smiley women. Food was great & service was even better! I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks subway hednesford!
