Staff are incredibly rude and appears as though they’d rather do anything other than serve people.

Go elsewhere always big queues. Bloke serving not very helpful will try to overcharge you for postage,BE WARNED! . I've posted things here that haven't arrived and I've paid money in they tried to give recipient for less than I paid
