Opening times are awful they need to be open for longer hours not just a couple in the morning

Appalling opening hours, this isn't a service at all. How on earth does anyone get to collect between those stupid hours in the week. I have to somehow fit in a 10 mile round trip to pay a £1.50 shortfall on an item that was posted to me by someone else! I wouldn't mind so much if there were decent opening hours.

Annoyed paid extra for earlier delivery of an item I needed.Ordered Sunday afternoon, on the tracker it arrived to the depot Tuesday. I cannot contact the office and it says closed. It’s now Wednesday PM. When I saw it was Royal Mail delivering this item I wasn’t too chuffed. One thing they are not is reliable ?
