The owners have just never cared, ever!! Speak to them politely as always. And to be met with glaring eyes, no response back. Awful and absolute waste of time. Had a royal mail parcel delivered here and they sent it back within 2 days before I could collect it. Spoke to a staff member and they said they did it on purpose because they didn't want to store it. I have been using this post office for years. Today I was told by a woman called Angela that she could not do my transaction. Its not hard use 12 numbers then ID it takes less than 2 mins.
