poor collection service. I ordered 6 items online at once and the assistant was struggling to find 4 items, the first 2 were taped together. after 5-10 minutes of looking the final item was found. The final item was on a delay and is not as ordered so another trip to the store to return and exchange for the correct cabin...

Always helpful staff. They took my bike out of my car and up the stairs as I have a broken finger. I was helpfully advised about the cycle scheme which was only £1 more than the cost to repair my puncture. Lastly the guy got my seat higher straight away when I asked how to do it. Then took my bike back to my car. 5 star...

Went to get a battery check on Saturday evening, and was dealt with by 2 amazing guys! Had a few issues but their knowledge and patience were incredible! They are an absolute credit to the place, wish I had got their names because they definitely need to be recognised.
