Having to wait for my husband's parkinsons tablets to be completed was 9 day's if he doesn't get these on time he won't be able to get out of bed as the body stiffens. Younger members of the pharmacy can come across as rude.

This place has gone downhill in the last 4 months or so. It seems to have had a change of staff. Front serving staff have little customer service skills and appear rude. worst possible pharmacy in the area, i don’t find it funny when i get told to come back at a certain time and the shutters are down and not be told about this before being told to come back and made to wait outside in the cold, not just myself but the elderly too, totally unacceptable, the phone never gets answered and... read full comment
