Shop is good post office counter staff are problematic. Ie can't make out post code. Not very helpfull rude and obstructive . Like it's too much effert . Never had a good experience here . Will not use again

Beyond unhelpful! The lady on the counter was both rude and dismissive. My second visit to this post office and my last. Perhaps some customer service training is required.

This post office needs restaffing the Indian woman is very rude, very unhelpful, has a attitude problem, and said my parcel which came by Royal Mail and I was returning back via Royal Mail she told me it was to big and would not have it off me, I then took it to hednesford no problem. This woman doesn’t like doing parcels...
