visited today for afternoon tea with my grandparents, dad and sis. The staff were so kind and lovely, the food was brilliant. There was a little error on the food. But the manager rectified this. Visited today with family. Went in the cafe and paid for a 90 minute play session in the soft play area for my 5 year old. 45 minutes later the staff said that the soft play area was closing. No signs anywhere saying that the soft play area closed at 3pm. The staff should have told us on purchase of the ticket and not taken... read full comment
