I have been in store a few times just lately and have been served by Lorraine. What a lovely lady! She is helpful and kind and lovely to chat to! You need more people like Lorraine in your stores! I will be back to shop soon

Rude staff been in here a few times and it is always the same. Always an attitude about serving you, makes you feel so unwelcome to shop in the store.
