Staff are lovely, helpful and polite. Go the extra mile, even cleaning rubbish from outside.

4 days ago I collected an Amazon parcel from here but it turned out to be faulty. I repacked it in the same box and took it back to them for returning to Amazon. This time they told me it was too large for them to accept, ridiculous as I had it from them in the first place. I therefore had to take it to the PO at the Coop....
