My receipt didn’t print from the machine so had to pay at the till, my food was colddd like there’s about 5 staff members and food was still slow to make and was cold I mean I was tired long journey on the motorway could not be bothered

Staff very friendly, working to their limits looking at how busy it was. Shame no paper to print receipts at the ordering machines. Screen with order number stopped working during our visit there.

Drinks including coffee were made in bulk and left awaiting orders, staff were on a go slow, McMuffin with cheese had two odd sized halves of muffin and egg not warm enough to melt the cheese!
