“Popped into the Cannock branch this week, fully prepared with every document I could find for a fight to get my replacement bank card and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience! I was met by a super friendly gentlemen who was able to sort what I needed straight away and then even showed me how to use the banking app to pay in a cheque. It was so lovely to just walk into a branch and be dealt with by a friendly member of staff!”

“I was served by a gentleman who’s name I believe was Fletch this evening. I have been served by him before and his is undoubtedly one of the most polite, pleasant and caring staff members. Although it was late at night he had a smile on his face, made conversation and asked me about my day as always. I really hope he gets the deserved recognition for his amazing customer service and hard work.”

“believe it or not... but this is the BEST place to buy a TV from locally. lots to choose from. can even ask staff to look in back for more choice not on shelves. cheap prices. big tv's. good brands... and if your lucky to get a senior member of staff (a manager or supervisor / not an elderly member) you can even get something thrown in on the deal... I got a lg 39inch hd tv and a 1litre of volvic water for £299 during sale. if your local... asda in Lichfield is the place for tv's and stereos.”
