Today I bought a perfume from them for double the normal price and when I told them that I don't want it because it is too expensive compared to the original price, they refused to return my money, a fat woman who thinks she is a manager would know that the customer is right. I do not recommend them, they are robbers

Not very pleased at all. Tried to ask for advice and they were too busy eating a Big Mac! A very mumbled “won’t be a minute” whilst spitting food everywhere is not my idea of customer service. Went to Boots instead.
