Used drive thru and very long wait to order, only had 2 drinks. Straws not fit for purpose and wasn't offered any sugar with coffee. Didn't seem to have enough staff on

Went through drive thru but couldn't order there, had to park up and go in. Got food eventually, chips were stone cold, burgers had been thrown together and only got half a cup of latte.

Normally I would of given an higher rating. It's one thing to get an item wrong, but twice on the same order, err no. Wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Plenty of parking. Male, female and accessible toilets.
