Staff were amazing, clear communication, friendly and went out of their way to help me get to where i needed to go. Even treated to a cup of tea whilst i waited and a nice conversation

Having suffered a puncture in Sutton Coldfield on Sunday 18th Feb, the RAC offered to take my vehicle to the nearest Kwik Fit in Birmingham. None of the branches in the area answered their phones when the RAC patrol rang to enquire about tyre availability.
