Came for a spa day with my mum and it was nothing short of pure bliss. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Treatments were spot on and all facilities were clean and very enjoyable. Definitely thinking about another trip. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a spa

I had stayed 5 nights, the staff was great, view also nice, the meals also pretty good but I found in the bathroom a bug and the rooms had no privacy at all( you can hearing all the neighbors what they are talking, and what they are doing in the middle of the night).

Nice, area. Great Hotel to visit, especially if you're an England football fan. The lionesses were here when we stayed. Nice guy William, who looked after us in the make shift, executive lounge. I world use this hotel again if I was going to visit alton towers, even though its not far off three quarters of an hour away.
