Whilst in store after ordering 2 iced coffee’s we were handed our drinks without lids. My partner very politely asked if we could have lids for our drinks and the member of staff very rudely replied ‘if we had lids I would’ve put one on’. Staff are always friendly and hard working and help carrying the tray to the table if needed.I love this team and I'm happy to have my weekly coffee treat here.

Staff don't listen what you order. Them give you the sandwich burned. Tables not cleaned .not recommended these .
