The manager is completely unhinged. Left utterly stressed out and wishing we'd never entered the shop. Unfortunately forgot what she was like and returned to find her exactly the same. Gave two opposite and convincing stories to each of us then was abusive, unkind and rude. Stay away, don't volunteer, don't buy, donate...

Very bad customer service. The volunteers are NOT friendly And so is the manager. I would not recommend volunteering there if yourself , or someone u know who has got autism, because it’s so stressful!!
